Tower Four Yarra’s Edge is a major residential complex that required a high-quality screeding solution for its rooftop structure. Scope of Work
Our team successfully delivered the following works across the 1260m² rooftop area of Tower Four Yarra’s Edge:
Full sand-cement screeding across the entire rooftop area
Creating proper falls for drainage to prevent future water issues
Pump-assisted screed placement using heavy equipment and ScreedPro truck
Coordination of a 10–12 person crew to meet time requirements

Challenges & Solutions
