Scope of Work
Our skilled team carried out the following works across 250m² of balcony area:
Full demolition of the existing tiled surface and damaged screed
Application of the first layer of certified waterproofing membrane to protect the substrate
Screeding the balcony to correct falls and improve drainage flow
Second layer of waterproofing membrane applied over screed for double protection
Supply and installation of durable outdoor-grade tiles suitable for heavy foot traffic
Final finishing to deliver a safe, modern, and watertight balcony area
